SupportDescription: I cannot open the slide or negative carriers. I push on the open logo with the arrow, try lifting the tab on the back and don’t want to break anything. The directions in the manual aren’t helping. I would be very grateful for a call back, as I cannot use this at all if I can’t open the carriers!
Answer: The holders should open to easily when you place your finger an thumbnail in the tab. The holders should open with light pressure when your press upward on the small locking tab on the back of the holder as shown below:

When the holders are new this tab may be tighter but after a few openings of the holder it should be easy to get the holder open. If your holder is too stiff and will not open easy you should open and close then a few times to loosen up this locking tab. If the problem is more severe let us know and we can arrange to have your holders exchanged.
