QUESTION: When I install the driver for the PhotoSaver I get a screen that asks me which version to install?

Which one do I choose?
ANSWER: You should choose according to the operating sytem type you have for Windows Vista, XP or Windows 7. The drivers WILL work on Windows 7 even though this is not listed on the installer screen — HOWEVER, you need to be certain you are selecting the correct operating system type and you install the correct drivers for your system.

If you have installed the wrong driver you should UNISTALL all of the OVT scanner drivers that are in your system. This can be done through the control panesl in windows (Add and Remove Programs). Look down the list and REMOVE every program that starts with “OVT”. Next, reinstall the latest driver from our website and make sure that you choose the correct version on the first screen of the installer:
